Midnight salon
A play-money room that stayed social
Hosts kept explanations short and tables open.
Live work
Live work, cue by cue.
These rooms worked because guests could read what was happening without stopping to decode it.
Live work
Formats tested against real guest behaviour.
We design the live logic before we add production weight.
Team signal
Fast challenges with visible reset points
Groups knew when to move without a long announcement.
Gala control
Lighting carried the room between live states
The technical shift did the work of a spoken instruction.
Adult play-money examples are hidden. The other event studies remain available.
Behind the finished room
Guests notice hesitation long before they notice production detail.
We remove unclear handovers and give the live team a shared view of what is happening now, not only what the schedule predicted.

We will turn that note into the first version of the show logic.
